You can register for any league as a free agent here. Once registered we will work to place you with other free agents or small groups to fill out a team. Having a team of people who are likely in a similar situation to you is a great way to form connections and hopefully create new friendships to make Raleigh feel like home!

You can register for any league as a small group player here. The first person to register will create a small group name that will become visible to your friends when they register. Since you do not have enough for a full team, your group will be combined with other small groups or free agents as needed shortly before the start of the season to get enough registered players.

We require that all players are registered with Oak City Sports. Your team is welcome to recruit any players that are currently playing in any of our leagues. If you know someone who wants to play but isn't actively in a league, they are able to register for free as a "call-up" here. We recommend that your team captain set up a group chat and take attendance a couple days before each game. If you know in advance there won't be enough players you can reach out to the league at oakcitysportsandsocialclub@gmail.com to ask for help getting coverage.

The players in our leagues range from first timers of all ages to former college athletes. What makes our leagues amazing is that everyone comes to the fields with the same goal: to have fun and make friends. We have worked to develop a culture of acceptance and camaraderie so that our leagues are as accessible as possible. We will make every effort to not reschedule games as long as it is safe to play. If conditions are unplayable we will send out notices on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as by email to the impacted players. As soon as that determination is made we will let you know.
